LCG, January 21, 2026--Sage Geosystems, the company pioneering Pressure Geothermal, today announced that it closed over $97 million in Series B funding to advance its geothermal power generation and energy storage solutions, including its first commercial next-generation geothermal power generation facility. Wind Leaves Thousands Without Power in Several Eastern and Midwestern States
LCG, March 11, 2002-Thousands of electricity customers lost power due to high winds on Saturday and Sunday from Michigan to New Jersey.Some 166,000 Detroit Edison customers lost power this weekend because of high winds. While most customers will have electricity by this evening, winds were responsible for power outages all over the eastern half of the country.Strong winds in New Jersey and Connecticut left over 4,000 in the dark, in addition to spreading brush fires in New Jersey marshlands. No loss of electricity was reported for New York City.
