LCG, February 12, 2026--Hydrostor today announced that the Willow Rock Energy Storage Center has signed a 50 MW offtake agreement with California Community Power (CC Power) on behalf of six of its community choice aggregator members: CleanPowerSF, Peninsula Clean Energy, Redwood Coast Energy Authority, San Jose Clean Energy, Silicon Valley Clean Energy Authority and Valley Clean Energy Authority.

PG&E Completes Acquisition of Power Plant from Mirant
LCG, December 1, 2006--Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) announced yesterday that it has completed the acquisition of a partially built, gas-fired power plant located near Antioch, California. PG&E plans to invest an additional $370 million to complete the facility, which the company received as part of a settlement agreement with Mirant related to claims of market manipulation.
The design electric generating capacity of the project is 530 MW. PG&E plans for commercial operations of the plant, renamed "Gateway," to commence in 2009.
