The company will issue the RFP on October 8, 2013. A pre-release meeting is scheduled for October 2, 2013, and a meeting for interested bidders will occur on October 18, 2013. Following the completion of evaluating the proposals, a short list of proposals will be announced next March. Finalists are scheduled to be named in May 2014, and the award announcement is expected by August 2014.
