Anil Ahuja has been appointed director of new product and service development by Exelon Services, an unregulated business of Exelon Enterprises which is a division of Exelon Corp., the big utility formed from the merger of Peco Energy Co. and Unicom Corp. Ahuja has 22 years of experience in building systems design, design management, construction coordination, operations and commissioning. David P. Beaulieu has been named by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as senior resident inspector at Baltimore Gas & Electric Co.'s Calvert Cliffs nuclear plant in Lusby, Md. He most recently was a resident inspector at Millstone Station in Waterford, Conn.Robert P. Brace has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer by Duke Energy Corp.. He joins Duke from British Telecommunications plc in London wherehe served as group finance director, the company's lead finance position.Matthew C. Cordaro has resigned as president and chief executive officer of the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator Inc. to explore other opportunities. James P. Torgerson, vice president and chief financial officer, was named by the ISO board to succeed Cordaro.Andrew J.
