Constellation Announces Crane Clean Energy Center Project Progressing Ahead of Schedule

LCG, February 21, 2025--Constellation announced Wednesday that the Crane Clean Energy Center project is progressing well and ahead of schedule on several key workstreams. An independent economic impact study determined that the restart of the nuclear facility will create 3,400 direct and indirect jobs, add $16 billion to the state's GDP and generate more than $3 billion in state and federal taxes.

FERC Approves PJM Proposals to Accelerate New Generation Projects

LCG, February 19, 2025--The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) last week approved two PJM proposals to improve the approval process and accelerate the construction of new power generation assets, with the ultimate objective of providing sufficient, reliable electricity supplies to customers.
