Jack E. Davis has been named president of Pinnacle West Capital Corp. and has been elected to its board. He will also remain president of energy deliver and sales with subsidiary Arizona Public Service Co.Karl W. Miller has joined PG&E Corp. as National Energy Group senior vice president for marketing and business development. He most recently was in the London branch of EdF (Electricit de France) Trading Ltd., where he was senior vice president and head of the structured transaction group.William J. Post has been elected chairman of the board of Pinnacle West Capital Corp. and will also be chairman of its principal subsidiary, Arizona Public Service. He will remain chief executive of the parent company. Post succeeds Richard Snell, who will retire effective February 5.Angela M. Sparks has been elected Energy East Management Corp. vice president for government affairs by Energy East Corp., the holding company formed by New York State Electric & Gas Co. She most recently was director of government affairs for NYSE&G.
