LCG, April 10, 2026--The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced yesterday a rule proposing several revisions to the federal regulations governing the disposal of coal combustion residuals (CCR) and the beneficial use of CCR. The EPA designed the rule to encourage resource recovery, allow for site-specific considerations in permitting, and provide regulatory relief while continuing to protect human health and the environment. The EPA will be accepting comments on the rule for 60 days after publication in the Federal Register, and it will also hold an online public hearing on the rule.

LCG, April 9, 2026--Vault 44.01 Ltd. (Vault) announced today that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 5 has issued a final Underground Injection Control (UIC) Class VI permit for the One Carbon Partnership CCS project (the "OCP Project") near Union City, Indiana. The One Carbon Partnership is a joint venture between Cardinal Ethanol and Vault.

He previously was president and chief executive officer of American National Power Co.Martin White has been elected chairman of MDU Resources Group Inc., replacing John Schuchart, who is retiring. White will continue as president and chief executive of the Bismarck, N.D.-based parent of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co.
