LCG, November 5, 2026--NTT DATA, an AI, digital business and technology services company, today announced an agreement with Bloom Energy to deploy 900 MW of Bloom Energy's fuel cell technology to power multiple data center projects around the world. The agreement is Bloom Energy's largest international project to date.

LCG, November 2, 2026--Vistra Corp. announced on October 30 that, following receipt of all required regulatory approvals, it has completed the acquisition of Cogentrix Energy from funds managed by Quantum Capital Group. The acquisition consists of 10 natural gas-fired power generation facilities totaling nearly 5,500 MW of capacity. The addition of Cogentrix's facilities to Vistra's existing generation portfolio raises Vistra's U.S. generation portfolio to nearly 50,000 MW.

OG&E Announces Plans to Purchase Wind Project
LCG, December 28, 2005--Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company (OG&E) announced last week that it has agreed to purchase a 120-MW wind project located in northwestern Oklahoma for $180 million. The non-binding agreement is a letter of intent with Invenergy Wind LLC, an affiliate of Chicago-based Invenergy LLC.The wind farm would be developed by Invenergy Wind LLC and would be owned and operated by OG&E. The project site is in Harper County. The final terms of the agreement must still be developed and would be subject to approval by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. Given timely development and approval of the agreement, the project could be built and begin generating electricity by the end of 2006.
